Much improved from first experience. Previously, (first time at Hilliard) I was not permitted to buy the tote on the same day as sale. I since have shopped at different location (Dublin) and had no issue this year. Dublin was stocked well and worth the visit. The count on the 12th bag is never consistent and varies if I go to a different location to make a purchase. That’s annoying.
